Rental Policies

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50 percent of the hall rent is due upon signing of rental agreement.

BALANCE
Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event and is refundable at the conclusion of your event.

CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Due no later than 30 days prior to your event.

INSURANCE
A certificate of insurance, with a minimum $500,000 coverage naming Miners Foundry as additional insured is due 30 days prior to your event and is a requirement of rental.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If the date you cancel is rebooked, your deposit will be refunded, less a $75 processing fee. The refund check will be mailed to you within 30 days of the rebooking. If the date you cancel remains open, no refunds will be made.
