Rent the Foundry

DEPOSIT A deposit of 50 percent of the hall rent is due upon signing of rental agreement.

BALANCE Balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your event.

CANCELLATION Should it be necessary to cancel your reserved date with the Miners Foundry Cultural Center, the Miners Foundry will do everything possible to re-book the date.

  • CANCELLATION UP TO 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT     If your reserved date is re-booked, your deposit will be refunded, less a $100.00 fee.  The refund check will be mailed within 30 days of the new signed contract and payment received by the Miners Foundry. If you cancel the date and it remains open, no refunds will be issued.
  • CANCELLATION WITHIN 45 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT                Deposits and/or balance of hall rent will not be refunded for cancellations made 45 days prior to your event date unless the date is rebooked. If the date is re-booked within 45 days prior to your event, you will be refunded 30% of your Hall Rent.

CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT $250.00 refundable deposit is due no later than 45 days prior to your event.

INSURANCE A certificate of insurance naming Miners Foundry as an additional insured, with a minimum $1,000,000 coverage, is due 45 days prior to your event and is a requirement of rental.  Visit theeventhelper.com to obtain one-day insurance for your event.

Room Set Up and Break Down may be arranged for $30.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.  This service includes the set up and break down of tables and chairs only.  A floor plan is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
